Lunchtime Drop-in Meditation Class

Come and learn to meditate!

This lunchtime drop-in class will include instruction in either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana meditation practice (they alternate each week).

For those who are familiar with these practices, there will be a separate meditation upstairs in our shrine room where you can just enjoy the support of meditating with others.
