Sangha Night - Meditation 2 - Mindfulness

The second of a series of evenings exploring meditation and how we can deepen and strengthen our practice.

Tonight, Saccanama will lead an evening exploring mindfulness in a practical way. There will be siting meditation, walking meditation and a silent tea break.

‘Mindfulness is the Way to the Immortal,

unmindfulness the way to death.

Those who are mindful do not die,

(whereas) the unmindful are like the dead.’

Dhammapada Verse 21
