The Anapanasati Sutta (Mindfulness of Breathing) is the Buddha’s simplest set of instructions on how we can move systematically through the whole of our experience, sharpening our awareness as we go, until we reach full and complete enlightenment.
On this weekend we’ll explore the Sutta through input, guided practice, enquiry into what we are noticing in our direct experience, and devotion. We’ll see how the instructions, applied to our own unique conditioning, provides a rich backdrop to understanding and truly knowing ourselves, others and reality more fully.

This retreat will be held at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30th June - please attend for both days.
Arrive from 10.00 a.m. both days for a 10.30 start. Finsh will be at 4.30 each day.
Please bring vegan food to share for lunch.
