Nottingham Buddhist Centre Open Day

Interested in finding out more about meditation and Buddhism? Would you like to look around our centre, have a go at meditation, do some yoga or simply just grab a cup of tea and have a chat? 

Come along to our annual Open Day at the Centre. There will be taster sessions of the two different meditation practices that we teach at the Centre, an introduction to Buddhism and a yoga session.

JOIN US FOR ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING EVENTS ON THE DAY:

10.30am – 11.30am Yoga

11:45am – 12:45pm Buddhist talk and Meditation

12:45pm- 1:00pm Shrine room open for tours

1:00pm – 2:00pm Buddhist talk and Meditation

2:00pm – 2:45pm Shrine Room open for tours

2:45pm – 3:45pm Buddhist talk and Meditation

3:45pm – 4:00pm Shrine room open for tours

4.00pm Close
