Friday Lunchtime Meditation Class

An all-new online Meditation class. Join us on Zoom and learn to meditate!

Each week there will be an introduction to one of our two core meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Mettā Bhāvanā (Cultivation of Loving Kindness).

This is a welcoming space for people new (or newish!) to the Centre, so feel free to forward this email on to any friends who might be interested in exploring what we have to offer. It's also an opportunity to get to know our teachers more and to ask questions about meditation or the Dharma, so even if you're familiar with the meditations, come along and share your practice with us.

For those of you accustomed to our previous YouTube classes, we decided to move the class to Zoom to strengthen the atmosphere of shared meditation practice and to make it easier to ask questions. We hope you enjoy the new format.

This lunchtime drop-in class will include instruction in either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana meditation practice (they alternate each week).
