Going Deeper Course:Vision & Transformation

A 6-week course starting from Tuesday 17th June | 19.30pm - 21.30pm

For those who have completed an
introductory course

Join Kusaladevi, Jnanaruchi, Upekshanandi, and Eve for a six-week journey into the heart of Buddhist practice. Building on the foundations of Radical Dharma – The Technology of Change, this course explores the Noble Eightfold Path, the Buddha’s core teaching on how to live with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.

After the Buddha had gained Enlightenment the first teaching he gave was on The Four Noble Truths; that our lives are characterised by suffering or unsatisfactoriness, the cause of suffering is craving, if we can end craving we can end suffering, and the way to end craving is by following the Eightfold Path.

This course we will be exploring the Noble Eightfold Path, the way to end craving and come to a greater liberation in our lives. Through teaching, discussion, meditation, and practical exercises, we’ll deepen our understanding of both the head and the heart of Buddhism—developing clarity of vision, positive emotion, and the tools to integrate these teachings into daily life. Whether you're looking to refine your practice or take the next step on your spiritual path, this course offers the space and support to go deeper.
