Join Kshantika and Deb for a Fire-Element Yoga Retreat Day

In the darkest month of the year, we will explore practices designed to burn away stagnation and lethargy, inviting in the qualities of inner heat, strength, and transformation.

Our morning of meditation and yoga will focus on cultivating inner resilience and embracing personal growth through fire-inspired practices.

In the afternoon, enjoy a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath, leaving you feeling energised, calm, and centred.

The day will consist of yoga based movement, breathing, meditation, guided relaxation, sound bath, with a break for lunch. Bring light vegetarian food to share!

Doors open at 9:45am to give you time to set up your space for practice etc. for a 10am start, finishing the day at 4pm.

We do have some mats available, however you might prefer to bring your own. Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows for maximum movement. You may want to bring your own blanket and thick socks (for extra cosiness). There is also a suggestion to have a light breakfast on the morning of the day retreat.
