Join the yoga team for a day of practice. We will be continuing our series of exploring the elements, this day will be focusing on the element air.
The air element is based on lightness, expansion and movement. It is linked to the heart chakra embracing love, compassion and the bridge between the spiritual and physical.
Although invisible we feel the profound effect through the rhythm of our breath and the sensation on our skin. As we move we will focus on heart chakra the seat of compassion and connection. Our goal is to find lightness in our bodies and expansion in our hearts
The day will consist of yoga based movement, breathing, meditation, guided relaxation, sound bath, with a break for lunch. Bring light vegetarian food to share!
Doors open at 9:45am to give you time to set up your space for practice etc. for a 10am start, finishing the day at 4pm.
We do have some mats available, however you might prefer to bring your own. Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows for maximum movement. You may want to bring your own blanket and thick socks (for extra cosiness). There is also a suggestion to have a light breakfast on the morning of the day retreat.
