The first is a worksheet where you can note down your experience of the Worldy Winds as you go about your week. The second provides some tips on posture in meditation. We also encourage you to watch Gareth’s video on posture, which covers the three main ways of sitting in meditation -- you might find some helpful tips! There's also a video from Satyamegha which leads you through a very short breathing space meditation.
