Going Deeper

So you’ve been through an introductory course and tried our meditation classes. What’s next?

Follow-on Courses

One of the wonderful things about the Buddha’s teaching is it’s depth, there is so mcuh to uncover and explore for ourselves in each images and practice.

If you want to cintune your exploration of the Dharma we run further ‘follow-on’ courses, which go deeper into some of the topic raised on our introductory courses, as well as providing another space to share and get to know other people coming to the centre. We often find there is an even stronger sense of community on these courses that the introductory ones.

You can find out more about there here.

Sangha Night

We also have a night for people coming regularly to the centre on Wednesdays, Sangha Night. Currently, the first half is on YouTube and the second is held on Zoom so that we can discuss and respond to the topic introduced.

If you’ve been through a course and you’d like to come along please send us an email at info@nottinghambuddhistcentre.org and we’ll add you to our mailing list for the Zoom link.

You can find the upcoming sangha events here.
