Buddhism is a diverse and ancient tradition. It can be difficult to know where to begin. We’re here to help you make you first steps on the path.

Whether you’re looking to radically change the way you live or just curious to try meditation, one of our courses may be the best place to start.

We all move at our own pace and it’s important that we have the opportunity to ask questions. The course is a wonderful context in which to do just that, along with the opportunity to meet like minded people. Read more here:
