Join us for a three-week course exploring Fields of Creativity, a sparkling and engaging talk by Sangharakshita on how we can bring creativity into our lives and spiritual practice.

Each week, we’ll follow the traditional three levels of wisdom to go deeper into this talk:

• Week 1: Listening – sitting and hearing the talk in full.

• Week 2: Reflecting – a seminar-style discussion and exploration.

• Week 3: Meditating – internalising and embodying the teachings through meditation practice.

This year as we continue to celebrate the centenary of Sangharakshita’s birth, the founder of Triratna, this course is an opportunity to connect with his creative vision and communication of the Dharma. We will explore how his teachings can inspire and deepen our own practice through listening, reflecting, and becoming.
