Meditation
Morning
Who does the Metta Bhavana?
Saturday 15th March (10 am - 1 pm)
Open to all who have completed an introductory course and are familiar with how we practice.
The Metta Bhavana is one of the first meditations that we get taught in Triratna. And we are encouraged to keep practising the Metta Bhavana forever onwards. Not everyone takes to the practice or understands its impact, or its role in our journey towards Awakening.
This meditation morning will focus on why we do the practice and what we do when we practice Metta Bhavana, both on and off the cushion.
Come and join Upeskhanandi and Khemasiri for this morning of practising and exploring the Metta Bhavana. To help deepen our practice, skill and understanding of the practice and discover its deeply transformative effect.
