Meditation
Morning
Points of freedom

Saturday 19th july (10 am - 1 pm)

Open to all who have completed an introductory course and are familiar with how we practice.

"The bardo (the gap) represents the point of transition within the cyclic process between the active and reactive phases where just for an instant, we are free from the cyclic process. And spiritual life consists, if one considers it from this point of view, in being on the lookout, as it were, for such points, such moments, and taking advantage of them."    Sangharakshita

Join Khemasiri & Kshantika for this seshin style meditation morning — led by two long-standing Order members who bring years of experience and depth to their teaching.

Whether you're new to meditation, find it challenging, or have an established practice, this event offers a valuable opportunity to go deeper. With guidance from experienced teachers, you’ll be supported in developing greater clarity, stillness, and ease in your meditation.

This morning is ideal for those who want to build confidence in their practice, as well as for seasoned meditators looking to simply rest and relish in sustained practice.
