Meditation Morning
Weathering the Storm

Saturday 20th September (10 am - 1 pm)
With Kshantika & dayajava

Open to all who have completed an introductory course and are familiar with how we practice.

‘We find ease not by clinging to grief or anger, but by allowing them to move through us…. Emotions are bridges, not the destinations. They’re the movements that guide us back to ourselves, but they’re not the end. The goal is not to rehearse our feelings endlessly, replaying the same stories that weigh us down. The goal is to release them, to let them move us forward and create space for something new.’  ‘Ease’ by Dr Jagdeep Johal

In this meditation morning, we will explore how our practice can help us with being with strong or difficult emotions. That, over time our practice can give us the awareness and wisdom to allow the flow of emotions without becoming overwhelmed or swept away.
