Audio Satipatthana Yoga Nidra from Kshantika

Below is an audio file that Kshantika recorded on a Nottingham Sangha retreat. I thought it might be of help in these strange times of ours. Ed.

Kshantika writes - ‘This is a yoga nidra practice (a meditative relaxation practice) that is fused with Buddhist meditative teaching from the Satipatthana - mindfulness - teachings. The practice is usually done lying down, or in any comfortable supported posture. The aim of the practice is to create a spacious, aware, relaxed state in which we can explore our experience. It can be a lovely practice in its own right or a good preparation for a seated meditation practice. I find it a beneficial practice between physical yoga practice and seated meditation.’
