Transforming Self and World

This event is open to all levels of experience for People of Colour.

We are delighted to invite you to a special People of Colour Event; a day of meditation, conversation and a talk by our guest, Suryagupta, Chair of the London Buddhist Centre.

Suryagupta will speak on Transforming Self and World; featuring aspects of her spiritual journey, and why her practice is necessary for navigating today’s personal and collective challenges.  

The session will be extended to provide opportunity to dive deeper, to celebrate and practice.  We look forward to being with as many of you that can attend. 

Please bring a vegetarian lunch to share (at 1pm).

Booking: The Nottingham Buddhist Centre runs entirely on a donation basis, and for this day retreat our suggested donation is £50/£40/£30.
