Welcome back to the Radical Wisdom resource page for week three of the course. Within the link above you’ll find this weeks home practice, the gratitude diary. For the next week, in the morning or before you go to bed, write down five things you feel grateful for. Any five will do - the book you’re reading, your five-year-old giving you a drawing, a productive management meeting, having a laugh with a friend, the first snowdrops. And remember, gratitude can be directed at things such as listening to Bach, walking your dog, meeting up with an old school friend, or being in nature - but it can’t be directed towards yourself (this material is based in the third chapter of “The Journey and the Guide” by Maitreyabandhu; for more information you can refer directly to that chapter in the book).

Consider this week focusing on one of the three precepts mentioned in Week 3. For example, you could intensify that aspect of simplicity associated with contentment, or maybe praising a colleague for their hard work, leaning more into the first precept.
