Join the Nottingham Women's Sangha for a long weekend retreat at Taraloka Retreat Centre in Shropshire. Set amidst the beautiful countryside, Taraloka—founded by women in 1985 and lovingly converted from an old barn—has become a haven for Buddhist practice and meditation.

This retreat blends meditation, practice, and community with meaningful hands-on work to help renovate and support Taraloka. It's a chance to deepen your practice and contribute to a place that nurtures women on their spiritual journeys. Come join this unique opportunity to connect, reflect, and contribute alongside other dedicated women in a supportive Sangha environment.
