Weekend Retreat with
Ratnaghosha

Saturday 25th - Sunday 26th April 2026

For those who have completed a course and are familiar with how we practice.
Both days will start at 10am and finish at 4pm.

We are delighted to welcome Ratnaghosha, a senior Order Member and President of the Nottingham Buddhist Centre, to lead a weekend retreat here in the heart of Nottingham.

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to experience retreat-like conditions locally, combining meditation, discussion, and dharma talks in a supportive environment with our Sangha.

Ratnaghosha brings a wealth of experience to this retreat. He lives at Adhisthana, is part of the Dharma Teaching Team, and has previously served as Chair of both the London and Cambridge Buddhist Centres. Ordained in 1988, he has been deeply involved with many of the central institutions of Triratna for decades, providing guidance and perspective to communities around the UK.

More information about the retreat theme will be shared soon…..

HOW TO BOOK

We run everything at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre on a donation basis - we want our events to be available to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. We ask for a donation at the time of booking if possible, as we’re completely reliant on your generous donations to keep our doors open to all.

We’d suggest a donation of £115/£95/£75 - or whatever amount you can and would enjoy giving.

If you are unable to give even a very small amount, you are still very welcome. Please email info@nottinghambuddhistcentre.org and we'll book you on.

(Please note: any donation made is a donation to the centre and not payment for an event. If for some reason you can’t make the event, you’re warmly welcome to join any other suitable event)
