Women’s Morning on Ritual
18th October (10am - 1pm)

Saturday 18th OCtober (10 am - 1 pm)

For women who have completed an introductory course and are familiar with how we practice.

'We reverence the Buddha, the Perfectly Enlightened One, the Shower of the Way'

You are warmly invited to join Upekshanandi and Satyamegha for a morning exploring Buddhist ritual.

There will be the opportunity to experience different kinds of ritual as well as space to reflect together on the role of ritual in our lives.

What do we mean by ‘ritual’?

What makes a Buddhist ritual?

Why is it important for our practice?

How do we feel about Puja?

Come and join us in our beautiful newly redecorated shrine room and engage with these questions and more.

Booking: We run everything at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre on a donation basis, to donate for this event and book on. The suggested donation is £21/£16/£11, if our recommended donation is more than you can afford please give whatever you feel able to. You can always email us to request a place on the course at info@nottinghambuddhistcentre.org.
