Women’s Gathering
Storytelling with Green Tara,
Kisa Gotami and
modern women practitioners
Sunday 2nd february (10 am - 1 pm)
For women who have completed an introductory course and are familiar with how we practice.
On Sunday 2nd Feb for the Women’s Gathering, we’ll be exploring three archetypes of female dharma practitioners to help us gain confidence in this aspect of our embodied nature.
There will be short story tellings by other women delving into the significance of Green Tara, Kisa Gotami and modern day Dharmacharinis, to help spark us off into our own written reflective journey as to how we see the feminine spiritual dimension in our own life.
We’ll then have small groups where can share with each other any insights and significance we have found.
As always this is a chance for us to meet together to meditate, enjoy our own company and evoke inspiration and joy.
Booking: We run everything at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre on a donation basis, to donate for this event and book on. The suggested donation is £21/£16/£11, if our recommended donation is more than you can afford please give whatever you feel able to. You can always email us to request a place on the course at info@nottinghambuddhistcentre.org.
