Day Retreat

Open to all levels of experience, there are only 15 places on this event so do book on in advance!

Join us for a calming and restorative day of yoga, meditation, and deep rest, as we explore the element of water—inviting flow, ease, and renewal into body and mind.

This day retreat is open to all levels of experience and offers a full programme including yoga-based movement, breathwork, meditation, guided relaxation, and sound. There will be a break for a shared vegetarian lunch—please bring something light to share.

Doors open at 9:45am to allow time to settle in and set up your space before we begin at 10am. The day will end at 4pm.

Some mats will be available, but feel free to bring your own. Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. You may also want to bring a blanket and thick socks for extra comfort during rest periods. We recommend having a light breakfast before arriving.

Spaces are limited to 15 participants, so advance booking is essential.

Booking: The suggested donation for this event is £42/£32/£27, as always all our events are offered on a donation basis. If the suggested amount is too much please give whatever amount is best for you.
