The Maitri - Loving Kindness - Mantra

The Maitri mantra is very evocative for me at the moment, it helps me to contact with an energy that is much greater than myself, the energy of Metta, universal loving-kindness. This grander context sets the tone for my Going For Refuge at this trying time, when the suffering of this world is ever more apparent. 

May all beings be well, may all beings be happy.
