Instead of our usual 2pm - 4pm Sub35 gathering, we invite you to join us for a rich weekend retreat with Paramananda at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your Dharma practice and Sangha connections in a fully immersive retreat environment. Paramananda, a senior member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, has devoted his life to meditation and brings a distinctive blend of myth, magic, and dharmic wisdom to his teaching.

It’s a rare privilege to have Paramananda lead a weekend retreat here in Nottingham, as he typically only offers longer event at retreat centre’s.
