Sangha Night - The Nature of the Mind 6

Throughout the autumn, we will be exploring a range of Buddhist teachings looking at the nature of our minds and different ways of working with our mental states.

Tonight is the first of two 2 meditation-based evenings led by Khemasiri.

'We need to establish right from the beginning of our practice that meditation is something that we do with our whole body....We do not have a mind that is in any way separate from the body’

This first evening will explore how we can ground ourselves in the body through the mindfulness of breathing.
