Milarepa 1 of 2: The Song of a Yogi’s Joy | Hybrid Sangha Night

This class if for people who have been through an introductory course and are familiar with how we practice.

Milarepa was a Buddhist Saint, living in the mountainous caves of Tibet in the late 11th Century. He communicated his Enlightened inspiration through song; in playful and humorous ways, exploring the vast, unbounded nature of the mind. Come along to this first in a two-part series to learn how we can draw inspiration from this intriguing figure.

Sangha Night is now both online and in person for a limited number of people. You can book below using the button. If you have any issues booking just send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

Sangha night is on Zoom and available on YouTube the day after.
The night begins at 7:30 with meditation and an introduction. There is a tea break starting at 8.10 so you can join us with a cuppa before the second half starts.

If you aren’t already on our mailing list to receive the Sangha Night zoom you can sign up here.
