Dharma Day Festival at the Buddhist Centre

A day to mark the anniversary of the Buddha’s first communication of his awakening experience.

We will spend the morning reflecting on our own connection with the Dharma and in what ways it has affected us. And we will also explore how we would like to see the Dharma addressing the many issues that comfront our world at this present time.

After lunch, Karunavaca, Satyamegha and Harry Martin will give their thoughts on the question - ‘How can the Dharma address the problems in the world around us?’

And we will conclude the day with a puja and the Mitra ceremony of Ian Roberts.
